Delete account

Delete your account and data

NearNeighbours is developed by Bauer & Keller Ltd. This page explains how to delete your account and the associated data — including after you have uninstalled the app.

Option 1 — inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Settings → Privacy
3. Tap Delete account & all data and confirm

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — by email, without the app

Email office@premier-digital.eu and tell us the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

• your sign-in credentials (Firebase Authentication)
• your profile: display name, email address, push notification device token
• your membership in every neighbourhood group

What is kept

• Alarms you raised remain visible in the history of your former groups — including time, alarm type and the display name you used back then. The remaining members need this history to review past incidents.
• Incident chat messages also remain. They are deleted automatically 30 days after being sent — this applies to all messages, regardless of account deletion.
